The African American Museum in Philadelphia – 7th and Arch Streets

Established in 1976 AAMP is one of the oldest African American Museums in the nation.

The President’s House (The First White House)– 6th and Market Streets

View the first “White House” and its legacy to America.

Mother Bethel AME – 6th and Lombard Streets

Mother Bethel African Methodist Episcopal church was founded by Richard Allen in 1787. The church is located on the oldest piece of property continually owned by African Americans.
